The TeleView Application supports real-time, enterprise-wide health-and-status monitoring of telecom signaling error and availability conditions on all voice trunks with problem diagnosis tools and automated alerting capabilities. For the first time, telecom managers can assume a real-time, proactive SLA (Service Level Agreement) enforcement position with their telecom service providers. In addition, distributed voice network security and usage policies and communications appliances can be centrally and securely managed from a single management console. The application also provides a real-time channel monitor that tracks all active calls across the enterprise, and enables manual termination of unauthorized, threatening or suspect calls.
